Your first PexyCard order is 15% off automatically. There is no code to enter — the discount is applied to the order subtotal at checkout and shown as its own line in the summary before you pay. It applies once per customer, to one order only, and it is never applied twice to the same order.

No. The promotion is limited to a single order per customer. Once it has been redeemed, later orders are priced at face value and the discount line no longer appears at checkout.

It applies to the whole subtotal of your first order, regardless of which brands or denominations you choose, and to every currency we accept.

Codes are delivered by email as soon as payment is confirmed — usually within seconds. Crypto payments are released after the required number of network confirmations, which typically takes one to three minutes depending on the asset.

Yes. Enter the recipient's email address at checkout and, if you like, a short personal message. They receive the code and your note; you receive the receipt.

Check the spam folder first, then confirm the delivery address on your receipt. If it is wrong or the email is genuinely missing, contact support with your order reference and we will resend the code or void it and issue a replacement.

Thirteen coins: USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, AVAX, LINK, BTC, SOL, XRP, ADA, DOGE, TRX and LTC. PexyCard adds no fee of its own — the total in your cart is exactly what you send. The only cost on top is the network gas your own wallet charges, which never reaches us.

Both work. For USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, AVAX and LINK you can connect a browser wallet — anything implementing EIP-1193, which covers MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet and Brave — and sign in one click. For BTC, SOL, XRP, ADA, DOGE, TRX and LTC — and for anyone sending from an exchange — checkout shows an address and the exact amount instead. XRP also needs the destination tag shown beside it. PexyCard never asks for your seed phrase or private keys.

The USD total is the amount owed. The figure in your chosen coin is a conversion at the current rate and is recalculated immediately before you pay. Paying in USDT or USDC avoids the question entirely, since a dollar of stablecoin is a dollar.

An unrevealed code can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a code has been revealed or redeemed it cannot be refunded, because the value has already left our control. Orders that fail to deliver are refunded in full, in the same coin, to the address the payment came from.

PexyCard does not add an expiry date. The issuing brand may apply its own rules, and where it does, those terms are listed on the product page before you buy.

Yes. Add multiple cards and quantities to a single order and each code is issued separately on the receipt. For orders above 100 cards, contact us and we will arrange invoicing and a bulk delivery file.

No. Checkout works with an email address alone. An account only becomes useful if you want your order history in one place.

There are no card details to protect — PexyCard takes crypto only. Wallet payments are signed on your own device and we receive the transaction hash, never your keys. Deposit payments are ordinary on-chain transfers to an address shown at checkout.

Every code is sourced through authorised distribution channels and validated before it is issued. If a code fails to redeem for a reason on our side, we replace it or refund the order in full.
